Tru-Motion®

PEMSERTER® TRU-MOTION press systems are available with rotary or X/Y positioning tables, or robotic integration. These presses are customized systems which are automated and motion-controlled.

The rotary and X/Y positioning tables accommodate a multitude of applications. Once the press is programmed and the workpiece is placed into the nesting fixture, the press is activated, and the fastener installation process begins. When the job is completed, the press automatically returns to the home position for unload.

A highly advanced robotic arm, integrated with the PEMSERTER® Series 2000® automated press, maneuvers and positions metal sheets quickly and reliably for installing self-clinching fasteners. The result is total automation and streamlining of the entire fastener installation process. The robotic arm is computer driven and teachable for any application. It is synchronized with the Series 2000 press to present the workpiece to the point of fastener installation. The arm offers maximum flexibility with six axes of movement and a 101.6 cm / 40" reach, while the Series 2000® press features touch screen controls for easy operation.
